The lighting in the rooms was overly complicated, making it frustrating to manage and enjoy the space!!! Additionally, the limited number of electrical outlets made charging devices a headache, especially in a hotel of this standing!!!

Impeccable service, breathtaking views, from the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs while enjoying the delicious breakfast offered each morning and the stunning panorama of the grand canal and Rialto Bridge.

We totally loved our stay! The staff, especially Claudia, were super friendly and helped us out big time with our luggage. The room was spacious and had this cool Porsche Zagato theme! Breakfast on the terrace was perfect with a cappuccino by the canal, but the drink service at 7:20pm was a bit of a buzzkill since they turned us away.

Additionally, there’s a noticeable shortage of electrical outlets, which can be a hassle when trying to charge multiple devices at once. Navigation between the bathroom and sink can be awkward due to the layout. you might find yourself walking all the way around the bed just to wash up.

The stylish modern design of my Deluxe King Room made me feel instantly at home. The cozy bedding and efficient Wi-Fi added to my comfort during my stay.

However, entering the hotel was quite a challenge due to the steep staircase and lack of signage for assistance. The limited desk space for working was also disappointing.

Staying here made our trip to Venice unforgettable. The room we had was fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the Grand Canal. Breakfast on the private deck was a huge highlight, allowing us to soak in the scenery while enjoying delicious pastries. The overall ambiance of the place felt luxurious and the attention to detail in the décor was impressive. It truly was a memorable experience from start to finish.
